Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Return

To start a return, simply send us an email at sorennicolaisen08@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
